About CII

One problem seen from both sides.

Commercial experience defines the decision. AI systems research makes the investigation broader, more rigorous, and repeatable.

Why CII exists

Sales built systems for activity. Not for information.

Senior sellers make expensive decisions from scattered public facts, private commercial context, and experience that rarely survives the meeting. AI made more research possible. It did not make judgment accountable.

CII brings together two traditions: decades inside complex commercial decisions and research in blackboard and multi-agent systems. Together, they broaden the investigation while keeping the final decision human.
